M365 Changelog: Admin notifications for Custom app submissions

MC324204 – Microsoft asks that you pardon their delay of this earlier planned feature release.  As previously messaged (MC260561 – June 2021), this feature update makes it so that when a developer submits a custom app through the Teams App Submission API for IT admin approval, you will receive a notification in a dedicated Teams channel. You’ll then be able to review and take the necessary steps to publish the app.
