With this update, SharePoint admins and site users with full control permissions will be able to acquire or request third-party solutions in the new streamlined experience.
There is no change to the current entry points or permissions model for the SharePoint Store. For more information, see Use third-party add-ins and solutions and Get an app from the SharePoint Store. Additionally, there is no change to how you set whether users can acquire apps from the SharePoint Store. For more information, see Configure settings for the SharePoint Store.
