MC324461 – Updated April 21, 2022: Microsoft has updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
Microsoft is updating the feedback experience in Message center posts so that admins can easily give more granular feedback on the posts.
When this will happen:
The updated experience will first start rolling out to Targeted Release in mid-February and complete by late April (previously mid-April) for Standard Release.
How this will affect your organization:
Currently, you can give feedback on the Message center posts by answering the prompt “Do you like this change?” in the gray box on the bottom of the post. Clicking either “like” or “dislike” button next to the prompt opens a dialog where you can optionally add more comments.
In the updated experience, after the dialog opens, you can give more granular feedback on the post using the given multi-select checkbox options.
Other parts of the experience remain the same.
What you need to do to prepare:
You may consider updating your training and documentation as appropriate.
