MC340773 – The digest email from Microsoft Viva, which surfaces important insights to help users understand and improve their work habits over time, will now be delivered in users’ inboxes twice a month. This will provide users more opportunities to see insights and recommendations to improve work patterns in the Digest email.
When this will happen:

Targeted release (select users and entire org): Microsoft will begin rolling this out in late March and expects to complete rollout early April.
Standard: Microsoft will begin rolling this out in mid-April and expects to complete rollout in late May.
How this will affect your organization:
Users who previously received the Digest email once a month will begin receiving the email twice a month. The Digest email will be delivered in their inboxes in the first and third working week of the month. The email will also have a new subject line: “Your digest email.” Users will continue to see current insights across focus, well-being, network, and collaboration in their Digest email.

The digest email is available to all users who have either of these Microsoft 365 or Office 365 plans enabled: MyAnalytics (Full) or Insights by MyAnalytics.
