M365 Changelog: Updated: Billing notifications in Microsoft 365 admin center

MC243205 – We’re updating the Billing notifications page to make it easier to manage who receives billing notification emails in your organization. Additional settings like your organization’s preferred language are now on this page so that all info about billing notifications is in one place.

When this will happen

These updates will roll out to Targeted Release in mid-March and gradually roll out to all customers worldwide by the end of April.

How this will affect your organization

Now, there’s one location where you can manage the delivery of important emails from Microsoft. From this page, you can:

• Review and update who receives billing notifications and the email addresses that are used
• Add email addresses for users who hadn’t provided one
• Review and update your organization’s preferred language and the organization contact email
• Decide whether or not to attach an invoice PDF to invoice emails
