M365 Changelog: Whiteboard administrative PowerShell cmdlet access

MC242578 – We’re extending the ability to manage Whiteboard data to include the SharePoint admin role.

When will this happen:

We will roll out this change in late March.

How this will affect your organization:

You are receiving this message because our reporting indicates your organization has Whiteboard available.

Administrators who are in the SharePoint admin role will be able to run the Whiteboard PSH cmdlets when this change is implemented.

What you need to do to prepare:

Notify anyone in the SharePoint admin role that they will now have the ability to run the Whiteboard PowerShell cmdlets.
